1. Temperatura del colore
La maggior parte dei nostri apparecchi di illuminazione standard può essere regolata tra luce calda (2700-3500K), luce neutra (3500-5500K) e luce bianca (5500-7000K). Se desideri che l'apparecchio rimanga su un solo colore di luce (ad esempio luce calda), non esitare a ricordarci la tua richiesta specifica dopo aver effettuato l'ordine.
Dimmerabile
Alcune delle nostre luci sono dimmerabili (tramite un telecomando), mentre altre non lo sono. Se desideri che personalizziamo la luce in modo che sia dimmerabile tramite un interruttore della stanza, non esitare a contattarci prima di effettuare l'ordine.
(1) Per quelle luci la cui sorgente luminosa è una lampadina, normalmente possiamo fornire lampadine dimmerabili se ci inviate una richiesta.
(2) Per le luci la cui sorgente luminosa è LED, normalmente possiamo fornire driver LED dimmerabili se la piastra di montaggio o il corpo della lampada sono in grado di ospitare il driver dimmerabile, poiché i driver LED dimmerabili sono più grandi rispetto ai normali driver LED.
3. Filo/asta di sospensione
Siamo lieti di fornire fili o aste sospese più lunghi se hai un soffitto alto. Non esitare a ricordarcelo dopo aver effettuato l'ordine.

Quality is ok. Installation is not difficult. I was a bit confused about the use of the remote. The great thing was that they provided a swift response and sent me the correct steps to make the remote work.
I was looking for something modern but warm, and this wood & acrylic ring is perfect. The log color wood is beautiful and feels like high-quality natural rubber wood. The acrylic ring gives it a sleek, floating appearance. It hangs perfectly over my rectangular dining table.
I bought the Design A version. And I think the design is great. The wood finish is not exactly the same as shown on the screen, but it is still a good wooden pendant light.
I purchased this wood chandelier type B. After a couple of weeks I received a type C chandelier along with a completely unrelated item that I did not order. Although the correct item was later shipped, I got a call from someone in PA asking me to ship their item, out of my pocket and ask for a reimbursement with Vaxlamp...she was instructed by this unprofessional company to reach out to me directly and "figure it out". My personal data was shared and when I chatted with them the person said that if I ship the item to the person in PA they would give me a 10% refund in my order...wow. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The Item that I purchased looks cheap and the color is not as shown in the picture. A total fiasco

1. It was our mistake that our warehouse sent you the wrong type of lamp (same shape, but design is a bit different). However, we immediately sent you the lamp in the correct type after your confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the lamp, we would have been very happy to refund the full amount instead of sending you a new lamp. However, you did not say anything about quality during our whole communication process.
2. On the same day, our shipping agent sent you another client's feather floor lamp by mistake. It was also delivered in the same country. That is why we could provide a 10% refund plus shipping cost if you could help forward the feather floor lamp to our another client. It was our negligence that we let another customer contact you about the package before your response. We are sorry for that, but did not intend to expose your personal information.
However, you did not return the feather floor lamp to that client finally.
Although it was our mistake from the beginning, we did try to fix these issues. And actually, you received three lights from us!

We had some issues with additional custom payments, which were very well taken care of by the customer service department of VAX. The lamp itself we are happy with, but the quality isn’t great. One of the sides finishing of the lamp isn’t done very nicely unfortunately.
Hi. The product works well. Looks great and high quality. The only problem is that the black base is too small to accommodate the transformer and all the wires if you want to hang it close to the ceiling.

My ceiling light arrived within weeks with me able to track its travel. I emailed Vaxlamp with some questions and they responded with an hour or so later with a friendly, informal answer. The daylight light looks and works amazing with many remote control functions. I’m really happy. Better than I expected.

Lamp is really good but supplied bulbs are too bright. It emits a harsh white light that ruins the overall product.
Great light! My little boy loves it. Very realistic! And just as the picture suggests.
Light weight metal construction, do not tighten the screws too much. Fairly cheap product but it is worth the extra cost that it is a distributor involved that is has good communication. We are satisfied with both the product and VAXLAMP.
We received our light within weeks. The tracking and if needed correspondence via messaging was really informal and good when used. The lamp on arrival was well packaged and when fitted and working it was amazing with so many variations of light to choose from.
