1. Farbtemperatur
Die meisten unserer Standardleuchten können zwischen warmem Licht (2700–3500 K), neutralem Licht (3500–5500 K) und weißem Licht (5500–7000 K) eingestellt werden. Wenn Sie möchten, dass die Leuchte nur eine Lichtfarbe hat (z. B. warmes Licht), teilen Sie uns Ihren Wunsch nach der Bestellung bitte gerne mit.
2. Dimmen
Einige unserer Leuchten sind per Fernbedienung dimmbar, andere nicht. Wenn Sie eine individuelle Dimmbarkeit per Raumschalter wünschen, kontaktieren Sie uns bitte vor Ihrer Bestellung.
(1) Für Leuchten, deren Lichtquelle eine Glühbirne ist, können wir auf Anfrage normalerweise dimmbare Glühbirnen liefern.
(2) Für Leuchten, deren Lichtquelle LEDs sind, können wir normalerweise dimmbare LED-Treiber liefern, wenn die Montageplatte oder der Lampenkörper den dimmbaren Treiber aufnehmen kann, da dimmbare LED-Treiber größer sind als normale LED-Treiber.
3. Hängedraht/-stange
Bei hohen Decken liefern wir Ihnen gerne längere Abhängedrähte oder -stangen. Bitte erinnern Sie uns dazu einfach nach der Bestellung daran.

I bought the Design A version. And I think the design is great. The wood finish is not exactly the same as shown on the screen, but it is still a good wooden pendant light.
Quality is ok. Installation is not difficult. I was a bit confused about the use of the remote. The great thing was that they provided a swift response and sent me the correct steps to make the remote work.
I purchased this wood chandelier type B. After a couple of weeks I received a type C chandelier along with a completely unrelated item that I did not order. Although the correct item was later shipped, I got a call from someone in PA asking me to ship their item, out of my pocket and ask for a reimbursement with Vaxlamp...she was instructed by this unprofessional company to reach out to me directly and "figure it out". My personal data was shared and when I chatted with them the person said that if I ship the item to the person in PA they would give me a 10% refund in my order...wow. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The Item that I purchased looks cheap and the color is not as shown in the picture. A total fiasco

1. It was our mistake that our warehouse sent you the wrong type of lamp (same shape, but design is a bit different). However, we immediately sent you the lamp in the correct type after your confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the lamp, we would have been very happy to refund the full amount instead of sending you a new lamp. However, you did not say anything about quality during our whole communication process.
2. On the same day, our shipping agent sent you another client's feather floor lamp by mistake. It was also delivered in the same country. That is why we could provide a 10% refund plus shipping cost if you could help forward the feather floor lamp to our another client. It was our negligence that we let another customer contact you about the package before your response. We are sorry for that, but did not intend to expose your personal information.
However, you did not return the feather floor lamp to that client finally.
Although it was our mistake from the beginning, we did try to fix these issues. And actually, you received three lights from us!

The chandelier is both beautiful and so unusual that it is a conversation piece. It was customizable I. So much as the light color, bright white LED or natural LED. The communication with the company it awesome, I had so many questions. Cathy answered ALL my questions most times within minutes. She handled the customization with out any issues. Due to shipping and customs it did take about a month to receive but I was provided with a FedEx tracking no as soon as one became available. It is well worth the wait and because of the great communication I would highly recommend buying from VAXLAMP.
The chandelier is beautiful. Though the instructions stated there would be wires to hang if we choose.
The other question I have is I noticed that shortly after I bought the fixture it is now 50% off. Is there any consideration you can offer me? Thank you

Die Lampe ist einfach traumhaft! In Wirklichkeit funkeln die Kristalle noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich, dass die zehn kleinen Leuchtmittel bereits im Lieferumfang enthalten waren – das ist selten und sehr praktisch. Die Montage war unkompliziert und das Ergebnis ist ein echter Hingucker im Raum. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden!
