We ordered the three birds in three hoops on a bar fitting (Type A: L91cm / L35.83" 30W) for our vaulted stairway and landing and it's absolutely stunning, just be aware that our order took almost four weeks to reach us so be patient!

Beautiful wall light, it looks lovely now it's up but we ordered the two bird version and were not given the choice of whether to have the dimming switch or wall switch option. Since all but the last photograph show the light without the dimmer switch, we assumed that was what we were getting. After waiting almost four weeks for delivery, we're disappointed to find that we have the dimmer switch version, the only way we can turn the light on or off is to use the switch on the unit which is very inconvenient and a real pain in the neck, we would rather have been able to use the existing wall switch. It's too much hassle to return and a replacement will take too long so we're stuck with it.

Really beautiful item and super happy with it. Great service from sellers allowing option to customise the glass decorative elements as well as opting for dimmable option. Delivery was relatively quick considering coming from Hong Kong.
Couple small pointers that just took it off a 5-star rating: couple small clear plastic screws to tighter and hold cable in place are too flimsy and if not careful can break when trying to screw in with screwdriver. Appreciate that it’s clear plastic to make invisible but still needs to function so would recommend changing them to gold coloured metal to match the pendant instead. Second small issue is the dimmer driver size that sits hidden in the pendant is bit too big, meaning it forces the pendant to sit around few millimetres away from ceiling. Barely noticeable if you don’t know but would expect it to fit better to sit flush against ceiling.
Overall very nice and quality item for a great price and great service. I’d give it 4.5 stars it it allowed me.

Light was easy to install. Good weight and seems like pretty good quality. I wasn't able to find it in the instructions, but after contacting customer service, you can change the light temperature by quickly turning it and on and off using your switch to your desired temperature. Worked perfectly.

We had some issues with additional custom payments, which were very well taken care of by the customer service department of VAX. The lamp itself we are happy with, but the quality isn’t great. One of the sides finishing of the lamp isn’t done very nicely unfortunately.

Hi. The product works well. Looks great and high quality. The only problem is that the black base is too small to accommodate the transformer and all the wires if you want to hang it close to the ceiling.

My ceiling light arrived within weeks with me able to track its travel. I emailed Vaxlamp with some questions and they responded with an hour or so later with a friendly, informal answer. The daylight light looks and works amazing with many remote control functions. I’m really happy. Better than I expected.

Lamp is really good but supplied bulbs are too bright. It emits a harsh white light that ruins the overall product.
