1. PROCESSING & SHIPPING

VAXLAMP partners with leading shipping companies like DHL, UPS & FedEx to offer Free Express Shipping and Expedited Shipping. We offer Free Express Shipping on any order for United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Austria, Switzerland, Germany and some other countries.

The estimated shipping time each shipping method takes is shown as follows:

For Free Express Shipping, it usually takes 5-8 business days. For Expedited Shipping (only available for Ireland, Netherlands, United Kingdom and United States), it usually takes 2-4 business days. Expedited shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. The actual total shipping time will vary depending on product stock, shipping vendor, shipping destination or customs clearance status. For remote areas or clearance issues, the shipping time might be longer.

Most of items will be shipped out in 1-3 business days. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, so some orders might take between 2-4 business days to process.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays or shopping seasons; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday or peak season.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may also delay the estimated delivery time.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

2. SHIPPING AREAS

VAXLAMP.com ships lighting fixtures to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Austria, Switzerland, Germany and some other countries, but excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands. 


3. PARCEL TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

 

4. CUSTOMS DUTY

Any customs or import duties that might occur should be paid by the recipient.
