We offer a 30-Day Change of Mind policy. When the lighting product you purchased has quality issues or does not meet your expectation, you have the right to request a return or exchange within 30 days after you receive your order.
If the light you purchased is damaged or lost by your side, you may not be able to enjoy the right of return and exchange.
Information & Materials Needed to Apply for a Return or Exchange:
Order number, SKU product number, photo/video proof, return/exchange reason, etc.
*All returned items must be in a brand-new condition, unused/unworn.
Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Step 1: Please contact us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days from receiving your order. The processing of return or exchange may take up to 2 weeks from the day we receive your request. We will email you to confirm once your request has been processed.
Step 2: After your return/exchange request is approved, please return the lighting item and send us the tracking number within 10 days.
Step 3: After we receive the returned item, we will process refund or send you a new product with an updated tracking number within 2-5 business days.
If VAXLAMP is responsible for the issue, such as incorrect products or product quality problems, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a full refund and/or an exchange. Once we receive the item, we will provide full refund (including shipping cost) or resend a replacement for free at our expense. In such cases, we will take care of all return shipping costs, which will be paid via PayPal.
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size, color or simply wants to exchange the item, all return & exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please note: shipping cost cannot be refunded in such cases. The replacement shipping cost can be sent to our company’s PayPal account.
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit card via PayPal, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we'll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
