Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship lighting fixtures to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Netherlands, Ireland, New Zealand, France, Austria, Switzerland, Germany and some other countries, but excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the US Virgin Islands.

We offer Free Express Shipping. We afford the shipping costs on our side so you will have no need to worry about high shipping rates. But if you would like to choose Faster Shipping, check the Expedited Shipping cost on the checkout page.

It depends on your shipping destination and shipping method. For Free Express Shipping, it usually takes 5-8 business days. For Expedited Shipping, it usually takes 2-4 business days. For remote areas, the shipping time might be longer.

Please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us (info@vaxlamp.com) after you receive the broken lighting fixture. We will deal with the shipping of replacement.

Return & Refund

Please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please describe the issue in details, including the return/exchange reason, along with your order number. For broken, defective, incorrect or not as described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. Our customer support will guide you through the return/exchange steps.

Refunds will be sent to your PayPal account or the card-issuing bank within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

If we made a mistake with your refund amount, please contact us as soon as possible by email to info@vaxlamp.com. Please note: shipping cost cannot be refunded if VAXLAMP is not responsible for the refund issue.


We currently support Credit Card (supported by Shopify Payments) and PayPal payments. Other payment methods (supported by Shopify Payments) include Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and iDEAL, depending on different countries. For example, iDEAL is only available in the Netherlands.

Yes, of course. Your payment is secure by our SSL certifiate and your information remains private on our site.

Please check if you have followed these requirements when paying the order via credit card or PayPal:

- All payment information is correct, the same as what the bank has on file.

- Your card must be a Visa, Mastercard or Amex.

- Capable of accepting charges in USD.

- You card has appropriate funds available.

- You can try using a different card or contact your back if the payment is still declined.
