The chandelier is both beautiful and so unusual that it is a conversation piece. It was customizable I. So much as the light color, bright white LED or natural LED. The communication with the company it awesome, I had so many questions. Cathy answered ALL my questions most times within minutes. She handled the customization with out any issues. Due to shipping and customs it did take about a month to receive but I was provided with a FedEx tracking no as soon as one became available. It is well worth the wait and because of the great communication I would highly recommend buying from VAXLAMP.

The chandelier is beautiful. Though the instructions stated there would be wires to hang if we choose.
The other question I have is I noticed that shortly after I bought the fixture it is now 50% off. Is there any consideration you can offer me? Thank you

Die Lampe ist einfach traumhaft! In Wirklichkeit funkeln die Kristalle noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Besonders positiv überrascht hat mich, dass die zehn kleinen Leuchtmittel bereits im Lieferumfang enthalten waren – das ist selten und sehr praktisch. Die Montage war unkompliziert und das Ergebnis ist ein echter Hingucker im Raum. Ich bin mehr als zufrieden!
