We had some issues with additional custom payments, which were very well taken care of by the customer service department of VAX. The lamp itself we are happy with, but the quality isn’t great. One of the sides finishing of the lamp isn’t done very nicely unfortunately.

Hi. The product works well. Looks great and high quality. The only problem is that the black base is too small to accommodate the transformer and all the wires if you want to hang it close to the ceiling.

My ceiling light arrived within weeks with me able to track its travel. I emailed Vaxlamp with some questions and they responded with an hour or so later with a friendly, informal answer. The daylight light looks and works amazing with many remote control functions. I’m really happy. Better than I expected.

Lamp is really good but supplied bulbs are too bright. It emits a harsh white light that ruins the overall product.

Light weight metal construction, do not tighten the screws too much. Fairly cheap product but it is worth the extra cost that it is a distributor involved that is has good communication. We are satisfied with both the product and VAXLAMP.

We received our light within weeks. The tracking and if needed correspondence via messaging was really informal and good when used. The lamp on arrival was well packaged and when fitted and working it was amazing with so many variations of light to choose from.
