The lamp was very expensive, so I did not expect to have to wire it up and put it all together before I could put it in, far too many components for the customer to have to deal with, when you’ve paid a lot for the lamp
I’m so happy with my purchase. The light is very good quality and was easy to assemble. The choice of warm or cool light is a great bonus. Shipping was quick, and I was kept informed throughout the process. Well packaged, too. I’m planning another project for over the summer and will shop here again.
I was a bit confused about the assembly of the chandelier. Vaxlamp support was helpful by providing a video. That is great.
Delivery time is longer than expected. But the quality is good. Thanks.
I was struggling between the white and colorful variants. I am glad that I finally chose the white chandelier. It works well in our room.
