The lamp is just amazing!

We are very happy with the lamp. It looks very similar to the picture and it feels quite robust and looks really good as well. We were worried that it would be hanging too low and upon contacting support they were very helpful and were able to provide us with an additional, shorter hanging rod which turned out to give the perfect distance from the ceiling, without hanging too low.

After some initial issues with damaged ceramic parts, the seller handled the situation professionally. The replacement parts arrived well packed and protected, and they even included some extra pieces. I appreciate the careful packaging and the seller’s support in resolving the issue. Thank you.

Customer service very helpful, arrived before dates. Although item is cheaply made looks surprisingly good, had a few comments saying how nice. Assembly instructions non existent. Be prepared for an hour of fun assembling the light. Expensive light not sure if its worth it but looks better than similar in the same price range.

The chandelier is both beautiful and so unusual that it is a conversation piece. It was customizable I. So much as the light color, bright white LED or natural LED. The communication with the company it awesome, I had so many questions. Cathy answered ALL my questions most times within minutes. She handled the customization with out any issues. Due to shipping and customs it did take about a month to receive but I was provided with a FedEx tracking no as soon as one became available. It is well worth the wait and because of the great communication I would highly recommend buying from VAXLAMP.

The chandelier is beautiful. Though the instructions stated there would be wires to hang if we choose.
The other question I have is I noticed that shortly after I bought the fixture it is now 50% off. Is there any consideration you can offer me? Thank you
