Modern fa kerek mennyezeti lámpa süllyesztett LED

Really enjoyed my new ceiling lights,
customer service was excellent, they modified my ceiling lights for the use of a dimmer and add extra extension rods.
Great price and shipping .
Easy to contact them by email.
5 stars:) thank you

The fixture itself looks incredible and the responsive, detailed, above and beyond service I got was somehow better. Thank you again!

I have chosen this lamp as a center piece to my restaurant and it’s the best decision I made! Looks stunning and enhances the whole place

WOW, wow.. we totally love our feather lamp. We saw one in a store in Hunstanton and we googled to try find it, and yeah found the web site, ordered the lamp and now it's sitting in our cocktail lounge at home. The colour is amazing, love the fact you can order different heights too.

Absolutely surprised with how lovely this lamp is. Colour (Khaki) was pretty true as depicted on the website. It was quick to arrive and the customer service was prompt when I had a query. I will order from Vaxlamp again. Very happy.

Nice light but no instructions supplied .
Cannot set up the remote control.
Have emailed you for the instructions

Amazing light. As good as a £3k Bora

Great customer service from start to finish..all questions answered, staff very friendly.
Fast delivery.. beautiful floor lamp, so happy with it, would definitely recommend Vax lamp.

We ordered the three birds in three hoops on a bar fitting (Type A: L91cm / L35.83" 30W) for our vaulted stairway and landing and it's absolutely stunning, just be aware that our order took almost four weeks to reach us so be patient!

Beautiful wall light, it looks lovely now it's up but we ordered the two bird version and were not given the choice of whether to have the dimming switch or wall switch option. Since all but the last photograph show the light without the dimmer switch, we assumed that was what we were getting. After waiting almost four weeks for delivery, we're disappointed to find that we have the dimmer switch version, the only way we can turn the light on or off is to use the switch on the unit which is very inconvenient and a real pain in the neck, we would rather have been able to use the existing wall switch. It's too much hassle to return and a replacement will take too long so we're stuck with it.

Really beautiful item and super happy with it. Great service from sellers allowing option to customise the glass decorative elements as well as opting for dimmable option. Delivery was relatively quick considering coming from Hong Kong.
Couple small pointers that just took it off a 5-star rating: couple small clear plastic screws to tighter and hold cable in place are too flimsy and if not careful can break when trying to screw in with screwdriver. Appreciate that it’s clear plastic to make invisible but still needs to function so would recommend changing them to gold coloured metal to match the pendant instead. Second small issue is the dimmer driver size that sits hidden in the pendant is bit too big, meaning it forces the pendant to sit around few millimetres away from ceiling. Barely noticeable if you don’t know but would expect it to fit better to sit flush against ceiling.
Overall very nice and quality item for a great price and great service. I’d give it 4.5 stars it it allowed me.

Amazing exceeded expectations, just came with brighter white lights inatead of the warm lights pictured

Light was easy to install. Good weight and seems like pretty good quality. I wasn't able to find it in the instructions, but after contacting customer service, you can change the light temperature by quickly turning it and on and off using your switch to your desired temperature. Worked perfectly.

Très belle lampe , arriver en bon état et fidèle a ma commande .Je recommande

We had some issues with additional custom payments, which were very well taken care of by the customer service department of VAX. The lamp itself we are happy with, but the quality isn’t great. One of the sides finishing of the lamp isn’t done very nicely unfortunately.
